I got mine off UK Bike Store mate!

here's the link for the inner plate - http://www.ukbikestore.co.uk/product/118/5v5_0840/shimano-rd-m810-inner-cage-plate-ss.html

and here's the one for the outer plate - http://www.ukbikestore.co.uk/product/118/5wn_9803/shimano-rd-m810-outer-cage-plate-assembly-ss.html
you might be waiting some time for them to be back in stock, I had to wait a good while to get spares for mine, but you coould also try Slane Cycles up in Andersonstown too, they'd prob be quicker and can order them in for you!

alright chum! aye got a replacement cage for it but busted the mech hanger a while back and pinged it in the spokes which broke the cage again, just got fed up with replacing them so just using a slx medium cage now and had no problems since
